Robert Divine (DL) is the Chairman of the Immigration Group of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C., a law firm of 650 lawyers and public policy advisors with offices in 17 cities from Washington, D.C. to Orlando, FL to Houston, TX. Mr. Divine served from July 2004 until November 2006 as Chief Counsel and for a time Acting Director of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). He is the author of Immigration Practice, a 1,600 page practical treatise on all aspects of U.S. immigration law now in its Fourteenth Edition. Under his leadership, Baker Donelson serves a wide range of legal needs for regional centers, developers, and investors, including immigration, securities, business, real estate, tax, and international. Mr. Divine's practice includes all aspects of U.S. immigration law, representing large and small international and domestic employers, family sponsors, investment regional centers, and individual foreign nationals. Peyman Attari is the co-founder, president, & CEO of AISA. A seasoned investment professional, Mr. Attari's 30-year career spans multiple financial asset classes from international equities to fixed income to real estate. Before starting AISA, he was a commercial real estate investor in the mid-west through his company Ambrose Property Holdings. Prior to moving to Kentucky, Mr. Attari spent a total of 9 years at Deutsche Bank, in the emerging markets division. Initially he was based in New York and then in London where he was the head of Europe, Middle East, Africa equity research, leading a previously unranked team to a global top 3 ranking. Mr. Attari has also held senior positions at Jesup and Lamont International / Euro Suisse Securities in London and was the co-founder and Managing Director of Saicor Securities in New York, a boutique investment bank specializing in Southern African investments. Born in Iran, raised in the United Kingdom, he received a BSc Honors degree from Imperial College London, and is an Associate of the Royal School of Mines. Mr. Attari is a FINRA registered representative.
Allen Chi is the CEO of Mason Investments, Limited and Mainspring Capital Management. Mason Investments is a registered investment adviser (RIA) with the SEC and Mainspring Capital Management is a FINRA registered Broker-Dealer (member of SIPC). In addition, Mr. Chi has managed several investment partnership and the investments managed by Mr. Chi have averaged 65% annual rate of return. Mr. Chi holds Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. He started his career at Bain & Company and is a graduate of Stanford University.
Matthew Galati focuses his practice on investor, business and family-based immigration matters, particularly EB-5 matters. He works with business and individuals in various industries, including pharmaceutical, health care, scientific communities and university systems. Matthew is experienced obtaining employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E and O-1 classifications as well as the preparation of Form I-829 and I-526 petitions. He counsels individuals seeking Green Cards for family members and is experienced in immigration court as well as in adjustment of status interviews. Matthew also counsels clients seeking to transfer employees from abroad as well as clients seeking to hire foreign nationals in specialty occupation.
Matt Gordon is a the Managing Director of E3 Investment Group. Anna Morzy's practice consists of advising multinational corporations, U.S. employers and foreign nationals regarding all aspects of U.S. immigration law and compliance. Anna oversees the preparation and filing of H, L, O, TN, Priority Worker and EB1-1 petitions and manages PERM programs for her clients. Alexander Rojas received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Rojas is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, the Southern, Eastern, and Northern New York Districts of the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Rojas is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, and served on the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (ALIA), serving on the Corporate Committee, EOIR Liaison Committee, District Director Committee, National Waivers Committee, National Removal Detention Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Rojas’s public service experience also extends to his work with the Putnam Hospital Foundation Center, where he serves as Secretary. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Rojas often speaks on immigration and nationality law at conventions and other industry events. The legal community has recognized his work with listings in Who’s Who in American Law and New York Super Lawyers.

Gregory White is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
