Ira Azulay (Discussion Leader) is the CEO and a Member of AzulaySeiden and oversees the business and operations of the firm, including its global expansion strategy. Y. Judd Azulay is the Managing Member of AzulaySeiden and is head of the Immigration Law Practice Group. Mr. Azulay concentrates his practice in all areas of immigration and naturalization law for individuals and businesses, including family and employment petitions, asylum, deportation, exclusion, waivers, citizenship and litigation matters before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and all other courts. Mr. Azulay assists individuals from many different nationalities and companies in a variety of industries, helping them obtain permanent and/or temporary visas for themselves or their employees, so that they may legally work and/or live in the United States. In addition, Mr. Azulay assists asylum seekers reamin permanently in the United States and obtain employment authorization. He has also developed a solid reputation for assisting clients in obtaining alternatives to deportation and is considered one of the country's leading authorities on the application of immigration law. Mr. Azulay has been practicing in this area for over 30 years, and has represented all manners of persons, including orphans, professional athletes, doctors, students, skilled workers, unskilled workers, family members and company officers, and has successfully handled visa processing matters at over 60 embassies and consulates around the world. Mr. Azulay is a past recipient of the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Distinguished Service Award.

Robert Gard is a Senior Member of the Immigration Law Practice Group of AzulaySeiden.Mr. Gard has represented clients across the country and abroad in matters involving immigration and naturalization law. His areas of concentration include nonimmigrant and immigrant working visas and related employment-based immigration and alien employment certification matters for domestic and multi-national employers, health care facilities and providers and their foreign-born employees, as well as family-based immigration and naturalization matters.

Robert Loughran is a partner in the Austin office of FosterQuan, LLP. He is Board Certified-Immigration and Nationality Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Loughran is appointed to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Standards and Fitness Committee, 2008-Present. Mr. Loughran was American Immigration Lawyers Association Liaison to Vermont Service Center of Department of Homeland Security for H-1B issues, 2006-2008. He has been vice chair in the State Bar of Texas Committee on Laws Relating to Immigration and Nationality, 2005-Present.

Julie Myers is the President of Immigration and Customs Solutions, LLC (ICS). In this capacity, Wood brings her extensive background to help build business solutions for companies seeking to grow and protect their bottom lines. Prior to founding the company, Wood served as head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for nearly three years. In this role, she led the largest investigative component of the Department of Homeland Security and the second largest investigative agency in the federal government, with more than 17,000 employees and an annual budget of more than $5 billion. ICE has five integrated divisions (Detention and Removal Operations, Investigations, Federal Protective Service, Intelligence, and International Affairs) that form a 21st century law enforcement agency with broad responsibilities for a number of key homeland security priorities.

Angelo Paparelli is a partner of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Paparelli, with a bicoastal practice in Southern California and New York City, is known for providing creative solutions to complex and straightforward immigration law problems, especially involving mergers and acquisitions, labor certifications and the H-1B visa category. His practice areas include legislative advocacy; employer compliance audits and investigations; U.S. and foreign work visas and permanent residence for executives, managers, scientists, scholars, investors, professionals, students and visitors; immigration messaging and speech-writing; corporate policy formulation; and immigration litigation before administrative agencies and the federal courts. He is frequently quoted in leading national publications on immigration law. He is also President of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers, a 30-firm global consortium of leading immigration practitioners. Olivia Sanson is an associate at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. She specializes in immigration law, assisting foreign nationals and their employers in obtaining benefits under the immigration and nationality laws of the United States. Ms. Sanson also has experience representing individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts and on appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office. In addition, Ms. Sanson has been involved in federal court litigation to pursue immigration benefits.
