Liar Wilson

Rep. Wilson, Republican of South Carolina, is now notorious for having willfully ignored the necessity for preserving decorum in Congress when he rudely interrupted a speech by Mr. Obama and furthermore by dishonoring the dignity of the place he sat in and the office of the man he addressed by calling out you lie whilst Mr. Obama was talking. Mr. Wilson subsequently claimed that he had been an immigration lawyer. Immigration attorney Greg Siskind, who blogs on ILW.COM, investigated Mr. Wilsons claim and his report follows:

"I've been practicing immigration law in the South for nearly 20 years and know a lot of my fellow immigration lawyers in this region. I didn't recognize the name Joe Wilson from West Columbia, South Carolina. So I decided to call some of my friends in the Carolina immigration bar - including some from Columbia - and no one is aware of Congressman Wilson ever handling immigration matters. South Carolina's immigration bar is not large. And immigration in the state has only been substantial in recent years. Wilson left private practice in 2001 so the odds of him having an immigration practice that escaped the notice of the state's handful of other immigration lawyers is extremely remote. Did Congressman Wilson - who is making national headlines for calling the President a liar - lie to the national media about his being an immigration lawyer? If so, why? Was it somehow to make it seem like his incorrect reading of the health care bill's immigration provision was accurate? Congressman Wilson can clear this up by producing evidence of having filed immigration cases and actually having knowledge of immigration law. Former immigration clients of Joe Wilson - speak up and show the world your former lawyer is not the liar he accuses the President of being!"
Perhaps Mr. Wilson should remember the maxim: those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others, since it appears that Mr. Wilson's claimed expertise in immigration is mendacious. Lets see if Mr. Wilson has the personal integrity to provide proof for his claim.

Dear Editor:
Republicans have been dishonest in many issues and yet they dare to slap on President face and call him as a liar. State of the art health care for the rich, bankruptcies and suicides for middle class who can't afford their medical bills and "natural painful euthanasia" for the poor is an insult for us as a developed nation on earth who spend the highest amount of money for insurance profits and executives and many of politicians opposing anything to reduce this quo status are likely get some bribes from these greedy entities. Republicans must explain to their constituents of how comes illegal immigrants who poses no IDs, SS numbers etc, legal papers can obtain health care subsidies and all kind of welfare. It's blatant lies, impossible and illogical. On our homeland security issues, all of us must understand that our war is a war on hateful and intolerant brand of cult which has brainwashed hundred of millions of people and we must demand all our media, leaders and lawmakers to end their political correctness and act with sense of urgency. It's time for the entire humanity to reject sexism, racism, ignorance, discrimination, segregration, hypocrisy, holier than thou apartheid policies all in the name of God and faiths. We can't fight Taliban and Al Qaeda by sending more troops nor drones and wasting another trillions dollar and make us bankrupt but we can't afford using enlightenment, counter propaganda and reasons to fight back the propaganda of lies and hypocrisy of Al Qaeda and Taliban all global theocracy regimes who agree and back them.

Dear Editor:
Extremely scary but real (09/14/09 ID comment). Unfortunately their are people that rejoice over evil. With a new President in office Oh, a "Different Face in Office" many are awaiting his downfall. I will never understand why our lawmakers are so divided when it's "United We Stand".
