What the job involves: The job involves providing excellent professional customer service (by phone, email and mail) to our customers who are immigration attorneys, performing basic web design and internet communications (will train on both), and handling general office work. Hours are 9-6pm (includes 1 hour lunch).
The right candidate must have: solid communication skills, both speaking and writing. Must have basic internet and computer skills (MS Word and Internet Explorer). Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Right candidate can multi-task and thrives in challenging and intense deadline-oriented environment. Experience preferred.
