A study by The Inter-American Development Bankís Multilateral Investment Fund estimates that 12.6 million Latin American immigrants in the United States will send home approximately $45 billion in remittances in 2006. The study also provides a wealth of statistics on these remmitances.

It is sad to know that many countries if it was run right would be as good as the USA and the people of those countries could stay home.
