Ask Your Lawyer About PERM
On Monday, December 27, 2004, the Department of Labor published the PERM regulation. Those immigrants and employers who have labor certification cases pending, or who intend to file labor certification cases, should talk to their immigration lawyer about how PERM will affect their case. If you do not have an immigration lawyer, you can find one here.
