(a) Attorneys admitted in the following states do not currently require CLE credits:
(b) Seminar participants may be accredited CLE credits in the following states, upon request of certificate of attendance:
- Connecticut (CT)
- District of Columbia (DC)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Massachusetts (MA)
- Maryland (MD)
- Michigan (MI)
- Nebraska (NE)
- New Jersey (NJ)
- South Dakota (SD)
(c) Attorneys admitted in states not listed under sections (a) or (b) should contact state bar directly. Attorneys may apply for self-study CLE credits or file ILW.COM seminars as out-of-state activity. Rules vary per state. We will provide you with certificate of attendance should your state bar require it.

- New York (NY) (Application for accreditation of individual courses is currently pending)
