Dear Editor:
In Immigration Daily's February 9 issue you refer to a federal court case wherein it was held that a petitioner’s credibility remains intact where he has no knowledge of the falsity of a proffered document. However, when the case is pulled up what appears is the decision in a previously cited case dealing with an Iranian who qualified for asylum. I am very much interested in the decision re the false or forged document and am wondering how I can get it. I enjoy Immigration Daily very much and find it very useful. Keep up the good work!
