Dear Editor:
The US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is wasting considerable time processing applications for immigrant visas, specially nurses, even after they completed personal interview and submitted all requested documents for no apparent valid reason. They are not even giving any explanation/reason for this delay. Since August 2003, they have issued immigrant visas only for a very few number of nurses. However, they are frequently calling candidates for personal interviews and keeping their file pending. On the other hand, the same Embassy is issuing Visas for H1-B candidates (Non-Immigrant) without any documents, not even Medical Check-ups, CGFNS, Visa Screen Certificate, etc... Could you please take the matter to the attention of concerned and solve this delay?
