U.S. Government Dialogue with Mexico on Migration
Question: When is the next meeting with Mexico on migration issues?
Answer: There are no formal meetings on migration issues scheduled with Mexico at this time. Migration was last discussed formally between the United States and Mexico during the Bi-National Commission at the end of November 2002.
The United States and Mexico maintain a continuing dialogue on many issues, including migration. The United States remains committed to keeping an open channel of communication with Mexico on issues pertaining to border security, border control and migration.
