Hyperlinks on the Internet

The genius of the internet is that it is a continually growing web of interlinked information. Pages on the internet can have links to other related pages. These are called "hyperlinks." Hyperlinks are often indicated by underlined text. On some newer pages the hyperlink may simply change color when the cursor passes over it. If you position your cursor over the hyperlink and left click on your mouse once, you should be taken to a new page. If you click on the back button on your browser, usually the upper left hand corner, you will return to the page you were on originally. When you return to the page the hyperlink often will appear in a different color to help you keep track of which pages you have viewed. There is much more to Immigration Daily than just the headlines and brief digests we bring you. Each issue acts as a road map to the original source material. Many e-mails, including the e-mail version of Immigration Daily, have hypelinks which allow you to jump from the e-mail to a web page. So click on the links and get from the internet the information you want and need.
