Bookmarking ILW.COM

A bookmark is used as a tool to mark a document or a specific place in a document for quick retrieval at a later date. Both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft's Internet Explorer support a bookmarking feature that lets you save the URL (address) of a Web page so that you can easily locate documents which you want to refer to again. "Favorites" is another term for bookmarks and was popularized by Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser.

When you are looking at a particular web site or homepage and want to be able to get back quickly to it later, you can create a bookmark for it. ILW.COM's homepage can be saved in a bookmark file so it can be found immediately without having to look up the URL and type it in. To add ILW.COM to your list of favorites or bookmarks go to ILW.COM's home page. Once on the homepage you can either click on the link on the bottom of the page called "Bookmark this Page" and follow the instructions or:

If you are using Netscape Navigator:

  1. Click on "Bookmarks" in the location toolbar, or select Bookmarks from the Communicator menu.
  2. Choose "Add Bookmark."
  3. The ILW.COM home page should appear on your bookmarks list. You can return any time in the future by simply clicking on it in the list.

If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the "Favorites" icon at the top of the browser and select "Add to Favorites."
  2. Select the location you would like to create the bookmark in and hit "OK."
  3. The ILW.COM home page should appear on your bookmarks list. You can return any time in the future by simply clicking on it in the list.
