                      PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XII, public bills and resolutions were 
introduced and severally referred, as follows:

     
           
           
           By Mr. NADLER (for himself, Mrs. Morella, Mr. 
             McDermott, and Mr. Kucinich):
       H.R. 5232. A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality 
     Act to provide for cancellation of removal and adjustment of 
     status for certain nonpermanent resident aliens whose removal 
     would result in extreme medical hardship; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
           

           By Mr. RADANOVICH (for himself, Mr. Rohrabacher, Ms. 
             Lofgren, Mr. Hunter, Mr. Herger, Mr. Vento, Mr. 
             Kennedy of Rhode Island, and Mr. Dooley of 
             California):
       H.R. 5234. A bill to amend the Hmong Veterans' 
     Naturalization Act of 2000 to extend the applicability of 
     that Act to certain former spouses of deceased Hmong 
     veterans; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
