Dear Editor!

I was just at the INS office in San Diego to renew my authorization to work Card.  I must tell you, the INS Officers have no Customer Service training at all. I don't know if they realize this. The people who go to these offices are paying for all of these services. They treat people, in a way I'm sure they wouldn’t want to be treated. I waited in line for over 2 hours at the San Diego branch just to be told that I needed to take care of my business at the National City branch. When they talk to the "customers," because after all that’s what we are, they are very short and many times demeaning. I feel sorry for those poor people who can't defend themselves in fear that they may not be helped. I think it's time for someone to do something about this issue. Is there something or someone we can speak with to put a stop to this kind of abuse? Please let me know! I know we are not citizen of this great country, but I do believe in human rights and the right to be served in a way where we don't feel demeaned. Please help!

Aldo Fuentes.
