Comment: ILW.COM Is Expanding - The ILW.COM team continues to grow thanks to the support of our readers, customers and friends. Unfortunately, growth brings its own problems - space being one of them. Moving is disruptive, especially for growing businesses. We are fortunate, in our office building in midtown NYC, an office has been empty right next door to us since the recession began in 2008. Yesterday, the wall dividing our office from the empty office next door was brought down. To see some pictures of our new office space, go here. We look forward to continue serving the immigration law community, bringing you the latest news and diverse voices on immigration through Immigration Daily as well as bringing to practitioners across the country the best minds in immigration law through our seminars, workshops and books. In addition, we continue to serve the bar through our marketing services and document digitalization services consequent to our partnership with SpeedyScanning. We welcome your comments at editor@ilw.com.

Focus: SpeedyScanning - Launched in cooperation with ILW.COM, SpeedyScanning provides on-premises document scanning and archiving for lawyers and law firms in New York City. We send a team to your office and put your paper client files through our high-powered scanners to create PDF documents. Those documents are conveniently indexed and we will even add Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities, giving you the ability to search for and duplicate old documents with just a few keystrokes. At completion, we transfer the files onto your server and provide you with back-up copies. We remove the papers and boxes from your office and destroy them in a green-friendly way. After just days or weeks, you have a convenient electronic file storage system and newfound usable office space. You and your staff will quickly become more productive. You can even use our service to help you create mailing and contact lists as a way to stay in touch with prior clients. SpeedyScanning is the price leader in its field, often charging 25-30% less than the competition. For more information, please visit our website, www.speedyscanning.com, or give us a call at 212-545-0818.
