The Employment and Training Administration of the Department of Labor released Frequently Asked Questions related to the final H2A rule published in the Federal Register February 12, 2010.

News: CBP Catches Police Officer Attempting to Cross into U.S. with Undocumented Alien
The Customs and Border Patrol issued a press release on the arrest of of a New Mexico police officer at the San Ysidro port of entry for attempting to enter the US with an illegal alien.
