EOIR Fact Sheet On IJ Hiring Initiative
The Executive Office for Immigration Review released a fact sheet on its immigration judge hiring intiative stating that the Attorney General makes his final selections, this initiative will bring the number of immigration judges up to the 280 authorized positions.
