Exploitation in the labor sector has been going on since this nation was found and before it was found too. Although each and every worker are covered with the labor laws regardless of the status in the big factories it still goes on and the Federal Inspector just ignore it. The EEOC in some states do not intent to cross the big factories and "you scratch my back and I will do the same" goes on for many decades. There is no let out and worst in this economy of today.
