Dear Editor:
I have been using CSC email system to check on client cases. They have now discontinued this practice. Anyone have an alternative?

Val

Dear Editor:
I have been a long time reader of ID, so the problem I am writing about isn't concerning me, I am just trying to help those who has difficulty writing to the section "Dear Editor". Notice, that when you open your daily ILW.COM news latter, the sender's name and email address is displayed like this: "Immigration Daily from ILW.COM [editor@ilw.com]". But after you clicked on the button "Reply", the destination email address displays this: "immigration-daily-none@listserv.ilw.com" The reason for you not being able to send messages to ILW.COM by just simply clicking on REPLY and SEND because the "listserv" email address won't accept any incoming messages. If you want to send a message to ID, you have to manually enter the right email address (editor@ilw.com) in the field "To:" or add this email address to your Contacts (Address book), and send your message to ILW.COM by starting out from a new message.

Los Angeles, CA

Editor's note: Thank you for raising this issue. To submit a letter to the Editor, it may be easier to click on the editor@ilw.com link that appears both in our Comment section and Letters section. As with most other email list programs, you cannot click reply as it will not reach our email inbox.
