PERM Audits Strategy

Immigration practitioners nationwide are being barraged with DOL audits and easy PERM approvals are a thing of the past. This new era of PERM requires a more in-depth understanding of business necessity, SVP/O*NET, completing Box H, and in general greater due diligence on critical labor cert issues such as recruiting, combination of job duties, etc. Our next PERM Workshop will be held November 30, 2007 in NYC - it is the first time that we expect to sell out well before the event.
