I read the comment entitled " It comes down to logistics" (see ID comment 11/30/06). In that, you have stated that "The good news: there are enough votes in both chambers to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill (CIR)". There has been widespread news in the media that the Comprehensive Immigration bill will not be passed in the Democratic controlled congress next year since many Democratic congressmen are against immigration reform. Will CIR pass Congress next year?
