Advance Copy Of PERM Rule Available Now
The Employment and Training Administration of the Department of Labor will publish the final PERM rule in the Federal Register on December 27, 2004. We present an advance copy of the PERM rule (please note that pps. 221 and 298 are not available).

USCIS Employer Bulletin Information On I-9s
The Office of Business Liaison of the USCIS released Employer Information Bulletin 101 providing basic information about the I-9 form and Employer Information Bulletin 103 describing the standard for I-9 documentation review for employers.

DOJ Immigration Litigation Bulletin: March 2004
