Editor's Comments of the Day

A look at just the ten most recent messages on our discussion board reveals questions about student visas, H-1Bs, international questions of child custody, marriage, deportation and illegal aliens. The messages highlight the power of the discussion board as a medium for the exchange of immigration information. With a few keystrokes a fiancÚ abroad can get information on how to be with his intended without having to worry about immigration problems. An IT professional abroad can get information to assure that when he arrives in the US he will be able to work legally. Advocates for asylum seekers can get the expert information they need on country conditions. The potential is immense, but it depends on one thing. You. Participate by posting your questions or sharing your experience or even your gripes about the INS. Take advantage of the opportunity for the exchange of information and we can all learn.
