USCIS Special Notice for Ciudad Juarez I-290B Appeal Filers

Please disregard #2 of the I-290B instructions. Payment instructions for Ciudad Juarez and other overseas offices differ from appeal filings in the United States. All other instructions regarding the submission of the I-290B should be followed.

The I-290B Notice of Appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) fee of $585.00US Dollars (new fee as of 7/30/2007), must be in the form of an U.S. Postal Money Order (bought in a US Postal Office) in the exact amount. The Money Order must be payable to the U.S. Treasury and included with the I-290B Notice of Appeal.

Please send the completed and signed I-290B with any brief and evidence you may have to the following address:
