Dear Editor:
In response to Healy's comment "that [a few months ago] the Visa Office advised the E visa officer in Seoul not to refuse E visas to Korean employees of the company, at least, not on the nationality ground." That was true several months ago. Right now, the Visa Office has established an interim measure of granting 1 year E visas and then has requested applicable companies to change to other visas. Several months is a long time for consular practice. I myself did not have any problems until two months ago.
