Dear Editor:
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to talk with a person that applied for relief for agricultural workers. She received a card and some other documents, and was told to wait for a letter from INS. After two years of not hearing anything, she decided to move to another address, but she never reported said change. I know people who applied under that chapter who received their card; but my question is: Is she still able to go to the Immigration offices and rely on documents issued so long ago? Or does she risk deportation? She asked me, and I told her that I would ask Immigration Daily. I did not have the time to review her dossier. Can somebody help this woman? She is a hard working person, with her own business.
