Q Scott, two quick questions. One, HB1 visa is under attack in
the U.S. Congress. Where does the President stand on this issue,
because many countries have concerns.
MR. McCLELLAN: I'm sorry, what was the --
Q H-1B visas.
MR. McCLELLAN: Yes.
Q They are under attack in the U.S. Congress. They want to
limit or eliminate the visa. So where does the President stand on the
visas?
MR. McCLELLAN: The President continues to believe what he said
previously, that we should be a welcoming society. Obviously,
September 11th came, and there is need to strengthen our border
security and take some additional steps there. But we also -- as we do
that, we want to continue to be a welcoming society. We are a nation
of immigrants, and the President's position remains the same on that
issue.
