Suspensions: The House agreed to suspend the rules and pass the
following measures:

Waiver of Oath by Disabled Individuals: H.R. 4838, amended, to amend
the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide a waiver of the oath of
renunciation and allegiance for naturalization of aliens having certain
disabilities. Subsequently the House passed S. 2812, a similar Senate-
passed bill, after amending it to contain the text of H.R. 4838, as
passed the House. H.R. 4838 was then laid on the table;

Visa Waiver Pilot Program: Agreed to the Senate amendments to H.R.
3767, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make improvements
to, and permanently authorize, the visa waiver pilot program under
section 217 of such Act--clearing the measure for the President;
