This is an invitation to our readers that we will presenting a PERM Workshop in Nashville on June 13th. It's a day-long presentation with nationally known experts. I will be moderating the event.
Each visitor will receive a copy of the PERM Book II and will enjoy four sessions of in-depth PERM training with ample opportunity to ask specific questions.
Our focus is on PERM updates for 2012, as many changes have occurred since 2005 when the PERM Rule first became official.
We will emphasize the audit process, requests for reconsideration, supervised recruitment, and appeals, but will also cover all aspects of PERM preparation, problems presented by the PERM Form 9089, ambiguous definitions, Frequently Asked Questions, Stakeholder Meetings and Agency Memos, business necessity, minimum requirements, SVP, O*Net, Prevailing Wage, BALCA Decisions and more.
