SUPREME COURT TO HEAR CHALLENGE TO 2007 ARIZONA LAW ON WEDNESDAY
This is a big, big case since the outcome could put state immigration laws across the country in question. The main issue - are states preempted from making immigration laws based on the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act?
