USCIS Updates The Number Of H-1B Petitions Filed Under The Cap

USCIS has once again updated its announcement regarding the number of H-1B petitions it has received and counted towards the H-1B cap. As of June 12, USCIS has received 44,400 H-1B petitions (down from 45,800 on May 29) counting toward the Congressionally-mandated 65,000 cap.
