F-1 students at public secondary schools must pay cost of tuition INA 214(m)(1) and 5-year bar for violators INA 212 (a)(6)(G)
NAFSA Regulatory Ombuds (liaison function) Usually two per NAFSA region; listed among Regional Team leaders on Region websites accessible through www.nafsa.org. Remember however, NAFSA Regulatory Ombuds are available to DSO's, RO's etc. Work through DSO/RO to request assistance.
